What earn mechanics are supported?+
Receipt scanning, POS events, geofenced check-ins, campaign codes, referrals, event attendance and category multipliers — all combinable per tier.
How are tiers configured?+
Any number of tiers with rolling-window thresholds (12 months by default). Perks, multipliers and access levels are set per tier from the operator dashboard.
Can tenants issue their own rewards?+
Yes. Tenants have a scoped portal to publish offers, redeem codes and see redemption reports without exposing mall-wide data.
Is the program GDPR-compliant?+
Data is stored in the EU by default, with per-member consent, export and erasure endpoints. DPA and SCCs are available on request.
Can we run the loyalty engine headless?+
Yes. All earn/burn/tier APIs are public REST + webhooks, so you can plug the engine into an existing mall app or website.
