Agreement to these terms
These terms govern access to the Mallsio website, product information, demos, proposals, and services. By using our website or engaging with Mallsio, you agree to these terms.
Mallsio services
Mallsio provides software, digital products, implementation services, and advisory support for shopping malls and commercial real estate operators. Specific commercial terms are defined in signed proposals, order forms, or service agreements.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring that users act within their authorized role. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or use Mallsio for unlawful purposes.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you provide to Mallsio. You grant Mallsio the rights needed to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service in line with our agreements and Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Mallsio, its software, interface, documentation, designs, workflows, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of Mallsio or its licensors. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in writing.
Third-party services
Mallsio may integrate with third-party platforms, analytics tools, payment providers, communication services, or infrastructure providers. Their terms and policies may apply separately.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mallsio reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features, documentation, pricing, and these terms when needed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mallsio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms, an applicable agreement, or the law is breached. Contracted services remain governed by the termination clauses in the relevant signed agreement.
