    Mallsio is the operating system for shopping malls — one platform for your website, mobile app, loyalty program, digital signage, wayfinding, parking and analytics. Pricing is modular and transparent so you can start with a single channel and scale into an Enterprise AI deployment on the same data.

    How Mallsio pricing works

    Mallsio is a modular operating system for shopping malls. You pay a one-time setup fee for the modules you activate, then a predictable monthly subscription that scales with the size of your mall and how much you actually use. There are no per-user fees, no hidden implementation costs, and no long-term lock-in — every configuration is quoted transparently in the live configurator above.

    Core Platform

    The Core Platform is the data and identity layer every module runs on: tenant catalogue, unified visitor profile, roles & permissions, audit log, SSO/SCIM, GDPR-ready storage in the EU by default, and the BinarBase analytics warehouse. Core Platform is included in every plan — you never pay for it twice as you add modules.

    Channels — Website, Mobile App, Kiosks & Signage

    Channels are the surfaces your shoppers, tenants and staff see: the mall website, the branded iOS/Android mobile app, self-service wayfinding kiosks, and the in-mall digital signage network. Each channel is priced independently so you can start with a website, add the app later, and roll out screens when your leasing team is ready to monetize them.

    Business Modules — Loyalty, Campaigns, Deals, Facility, Parking, Maps

    Business Modules turn channels into revenue and retention: the Loyalty Engine (points, tiers, wallet cards), Campaigns, Segments, Deals & Vouchers, Tenant Management, Facility Management, Smart Parking and Indoor Navigation. Each module is priced per active mall and scales with tenants, screens or parking bays — pick only what you need.

    Enterprise AI

    Enterprise AI adds predictive footfall forecasting, AI-generated campaigns, smart segmentation, computer-vision heat-maps, tenant sales prediction and always-on AI assistants for operators. Enterprise AI configurations always include the Core Platform, at least one channel, and are subject to a monthly floor that reflects the true infrastructure cost of running mall-scale AI. Quotes start around €2,500/month.

    Integrations

    Native connectors are included for major parking vendors (Skidata, Designa, Scheidt & Bachmann), payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, Apple Pay, Google Pay), POS/receipt platforms, CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), plus SSO, SCIM and webhook bridges. Complex custom integrations are quoted as one-time integration fees so the recurring subscription stays clean.

    Usage & Infrastructure

    Usage & Infrastructure covers everything that scales with real activity: push notifications, SMS and email volume, receipt-scanning credits, API calls above the included tier, EU/US hosting, backups, uptime SLA and a dedicated environment for portfolio operators. Included volumes are generous — you only pay overage when a mall actually grows beyond its baseline.

    How much does shopping mall software cost?+

    Mallsio pricing starts at €20/month for a mall website (Starter). A typical mid-size mall running website + mobile app + loyalty + basic analytics lands between €500 and €1,500/month. Enterprise AI deployments with parking, digital signage, wayfinding and predictive analytics scale from €2,500/month up to €12,000+/month depending on scope, number of tenants and country. Every configuration is transparent and re-computed live in the configurator above.

    What affects Mallsio pricing?+

    Four things: (1) which modules you turn on — website, mobile app, loyalty, digital signage, parking, wayfinding, analytics, AI; (2) the size of the mall (tenants, screens, parking spaces, monthly visitors); (3) the country — EU pricing is quoted in EUR, non-EU in USD, and coefficients adjust for local purchasing power; (4) usage — push notifications, SMS, receipt scans and API calls above included volume.

    Can we start only with a website or app?+

    Yes. The Starter plan launches a professional mall website in 7–14 days for €990 one-time + €20/month. You can add the branded mobile app and loyalty engine at any time — data (tenants, promotions, categories) carries over so there is no re-implementation cost.

    Is loyalty included?+

    The Loyalty Engine is a dedicated Business Module. It is included in the Growth bundle and in every Enterprise AI configuration, and can be added to Starter for a flat monthly fee. It supports points, tiers, receipt scanning, Apple/Google Wallet cards, tenant validations and campaign-driven rewards.

    Do you support digital signage and kiosks?+

    Yes. Mallsio ships a full digital signage CMS plus interactive wayfinding kiosks. Both run on Android, Tizen, WebOS, BrightSign and Windows players, share the same map and tenant catalogue as the mobile app, and are priced per screen with volume tiers.

    Do you integrate with parking, POS, ERP and CRM?+

    Yes. Native connectors exist for the major parking-gate vendors (Skidata, Designa, Scheidt & Bachmann), payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, Apple Pay, Google Pay), POS/receipt platforms, and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) via REST, webhooks, SSO and SCIM. Complex custom integrations are quoted as one-time integration fees.

    Do prices include implementation?+

    Setup fees cover branding, tenant onboarding, initial map & content build, staff training and go-live support. Standard rollouts run 4–8 weeks per mall; portfolios of 5+ properties run in parallel waves. Ongoing hosting, updates, security patches and Tier-2 support are included in the monthly subscription.

    Why do prices differ by country?+

    Mallsio uses transparent country coefficients based on local purchasing-power and market benchmarks. EU-27 members are quoted in EUR at list price; the US, UK, GCC, LATAM, APAC and other regions get regionally-adjusted quotes in USD (or EUR for a small set of markets where that is the operating currency). This means the same configuration is fairly priced whether you operate a mall in Prague, Riyadh or São Paulo.
